Q. How can I create a profile?
A. Very easily! Go
to our homepage and select the "sign-up" option. This will start the registration
process off. You can fill in as much information as you wish at any time and you
can also return to complete your profile at any time.

A. Once your profile
is created you can login to our website and edit your profile by going to your "My
Home" section of the website.

Q. I want to hide my profile so members cannot see it, how
do I do this?
A. You are able to
hide your profile through your account settings; this can be accessed from your
home page. However if you do hide your profile, how will you ever get any dates?!

Q. How long will it take for my profile to be posted?
A. Once you have
updated or edited any part of your profile our team will need to verify the information
before your information goes live. This will take a maximum of 24 hours.

A. Yes. Our team
verifies every profile and have the right to remove anything that we feel is unsuitable
content for the nature of our website and other users.

Q. Why should I add my photo?
A. By adding a picture
to your profile you will vastly increase your chances of finding other daters. Statistics
from our website and others show that you are 10 times more likely to get a response
to your profile if you have a picture of yourself uploaded against it.
Furthermore profiles with photos will automatically come up first on searches and
when you email other users you are guaranteed to receive more responses.
When you add a picture make sure you are smiling, it’s a small way to make a huge
difference. Make sure the image quality is good, ensure it’s a recent picture and
not too small.

A. You can add up
to 11 pictures.

Q. How do I post a photo?
A. You can add a
photo in the first instance during the profile registration process or at a later
stage by going to your "My Home" section of the website and selecting edit photos
under your profile picture.

Q. Once I have added my photo how long will it take for
my photo to appear on my profile?
A. Once you have
added / changed your picture it will come to us for approval. It can take a maximum
of 24 hours for your picture to be approved. Once it is approved you will receive
an email and your live profile will be updated.

Q. What format does my photo need to be in?
A. Your photo needs
to be in JPG or JPEG format. The file size should not be greater than 5MB.

A. In order for your
profile to be accepted please make sure:
- 1. It’s only got you in the picture
- 2. It’s clear and not blurry or difficult to make out
- 3. It does not contain any derogatory or offensive imagery
